This is a pre-lease for an anticipated vacancy - house is currently occupied. To view a rental property you must first complete and submit a rental application and make an appointment for the viewing. Applications are available on this website, by mail or by e-mail request. The application fee is not required until you have selected a rental unit that you want to qualify for. No screening will be done until the fee has been paid. Once you have turned in your application, viewed a property and selected a unit that you would like to lease, we will need the following information:

1. $25.00 APPLICATION FEE (Primary applicant, $10.00 for co-occupants over 18)

2. COMPLETED LANDLORD VERIFICATION FORM

3. COPY OF DRIVERS LICENSE AND SOCIAL SECURITY CARD FOR EACH OCCUPANT OVER THE AGE OF 18

4. INCOME VERIFICATION-ANY OF THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS: LATEST 2 PAY STUBS, TAX RETURN, OR LETTER FROM EMPLOYER STATING DATE OF EMPLOYMENT & INCOME. MUST HAVE INCOME EQUALING 3 TIMES THE MONTHLY RENT (your part) and/or verification that housing assistance will cover rent costs.

General information about leasing our properties

All leases are for a 12 month term. First month’s rent and the security deposit must be paid up front. Renter’s liability insurance is required by our insurance company; therefore we must require it from our Tenants. Your renter’s insurance policy must be in force within 7 days of the beginning of the lease and stay in force throughout the entire lease. We have mortgages and expenses on our homes, therefore we do require timely payments. All rents are due on the 1st of the month. We do allow non-aggressive pets in some homes but restrictions apply. You must complete a Pet application and pay the non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 per pet, prior to prior to bringing a pet onto the property.
